This level 7 fusion Monster is formed by fusing Worm Drake and Humanoid Slime.

When this effect Monster is sent to the graveyard as a result of Battle, you can Special Summon it in face up defence position at your next stand-by Phase by paying 1,000 Life Points. This must be declared when the Monster is destroyed. You cannot change it's position during the same turn it is Special Summoned in this way.
